How we deploy

    Discovery brief

    30-minute call: event type, attendees, VIPs, venue, programme, prior incidents. Output: indicative officer count and price band within 48 hours.

  2. 02

    Site walkthrough

    Senior planner + venue ops team walk the venue. Maps cordons, evacuation routes, dignitary arrival/departure points, panic zones.

  3. 03

    Plan + sign-off

    Written plan with diagrams, signed by client, venue, and (where applicable) UPF event-permit office. Locked 2 weeks before doors open.

  4. 04

    Deploy + run

    Officers on-site 4 hours before doors. Pre-event sweep. TOC live 1 hour before doors. Real-time incident log shared with the client.

  5. 05

    Debrief

    Within 5 working days: written AAR, incident timeline, lessons learned, recommendations for the next edition.

We've staffed events up to 20,000 attendees (international gospel concert, Lugogo, 2024). Above that we partner with one specialised regional partner but remain the lead contractor — the client deals with one phone number.

Ideally 6 weeks for events over 1,000 attendees; 2 weeks is workable for smaller corporate functions; 24 hours possible for repeat clients with venues we already know.

Yes. For events over 500 attendees we deploy at least one TECC-certified medic; for events over 5,000 we coordinate with St. John's Ambulance Uganda and stage a medical post on-site.

Yes — our UGX 2 billion public liability rider extends to events. We provide a venue-specific certificate before doors open. For higher-limit cover (e.g. UGX 5–10 billion) we can broker top-up cover via Jubilee or AAR.
