9 zones across Kampala metro. 5 regional offices nationwide.
Real driving times, real hubs, real fleet. The map below is schematic; the response SLAs are audited and contractual.
Map is schematic for clarity. Zone boundaries are operational — not administrative — and follow real driving-time isochrones, updated quarterly by our Operations team using ANPR-derived travel-time data.
Driving time, not straight-line distance.
Most security vendors quote response times based on the radius from a single dispatch hub. That is fine for a flat city. Kampala is not a flat city. A 2 km drive from Kololo to Bukoto is 10 minutes in rush hour. A 9 km drive from Namanve to Bukoto is 12 minutes in the same window.
Our zones are drawn on driving-time isochrones — the area we can reach within a stated SLA, factoring rush hour, rainy season, and known choke points. Each zone has a primary hub and a backup hub. We pre-position vehicles between them at shift change.

Beyond the metro — five regional offices.
Outside Greater Kampala we operate from regional offices in Entebbe, Mbarara, Gulu, and Mbale, with a satellite base in Mukono. Regional response is contractual rather than zone-based — every site is surveyed individually and the SLA is documented before deployment.
Mbarara
Western UgandaBanks, telecom retail, hospitality. Covers Mbarara town and Kabale corridor.
Gulu
Northern UgandaNGO field operations, banks, telecom. Covers Gulu and the Kitgum corridor.
Mbale
Eastern UgandaBanks, manufacturing, agricultural estates. Covers Mbale, Tororo, and Soroti.
Entebbe
Greater KampalaAirport, embassies, hotels, diplomatic residences. Direct line to Kololo TOC.
Even outside our standard zones, the answer is usually yes.
For sites outside the mapped coverage we conduct a survey, document a per-site SLA, and price the deployment honestly. Tell us where you need us.
